Records Management Services holds former student records and transcript. For a copy of a transcript or other school document, please complete a request form at the link below.

Please read instructions carefully. ID is required, please upload a PDF file and ensure addresses are correct and in the appropriate sections. Requests with incorrect information and or no ID may be cancelled.

OFFICIAL transcripts will only be sent to businesses such as a university, college, employer, etc.. Requestor can only obtain an UNOFFICIAL copy.
